Static Control Liner

A static control liner is used to protect against unwanted static discharges in an electrostatically sensitive environment. With our conductive static control liners, the generated charges are safely drawn through the conductive material and discharged by grounding the package, eliminating dangerous static discharge risk during the loading and unloading of a container. Conversely, our antistatic liners dissipate the charges without grounding, eliminating any static buildup. Static control liners can be manufactured for most container designs and package sizes, as well as made to FDA and clean room requirements.

Materials
Our standard static control material is WinFlex 250 black conductive film. Optional static control materials include WinFlex 150 pink antistatic film, or micropored WinFoil 35, which combines conductive static control with the benefits of a foil liner.

Standard gauges
WinFlex™150 Antistatic film   -  1.5, 3.0, 4.0 mil.
WinFlex™ 250 Conductive film  -  4.0 mil., 6.0 mil.
WinFoil™ 35 Conductive film   -  4.3 mil.

Color
Conductive is black. Antistatic is pink. Micropored foil is aluminum.
