Clean Seal® Cutting Technology   Our exclusive Clean Seal Cutting Technology produces a smooth, clean, clear edge after cutting. Choose from the following categories to meet your packaging requirements.   Clean Level I - Standard for all of our domestic Four-Panel Super Sack containers. All fabric edges have been cut using our proprietary process to melt and seal the edges to prevent raveling and contamination. Most seams are turned out so that any possible contamination will remain on the outside of the container.   Clean Level IIStandard Clean; all cut and unfinished edges are cut using Clean Seal Cutting Technology and all thread ends are burned.   Clean Level III - Extra Clean; all cut and unfinished edges are cut using Clean Seal Cutting Technology, all thread ends are burned, and fill and discharge (or duffel top) spouts are wrapped around the hole in the top and bottom panels of the container.   Clean Level/Food Packaging - Level III with the following precautions: employees wear appropriate garments and use disinfectant soap at washing facilities. Manufacturing area is washed down with a chlorine solution, including all surfaces that will contact the bags, and the finished containers are folded into a lined baler bag and set on a new pallet for shipping.   All clean bags have precautions taken during the manufacturing process such as no containers to touch the floor, all pieces are covered when not in use, and a regular cleaning program is in place to reduce any contaminates.
