It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we share the passing of Cindy Finley. She lost her battle with cancer early this morning.
Cindy started with BAG Corp when she was 19 years old and was the first employee Bob Williamson hired. Her career at BAG Corp lasted 49 years and she was instrumental in our growth and success.
She was a driving force in the expansion of the FIBC industry in North America, as well as establishing relationships with our strategic partners in India to build a new resource for FIBC production. Cindy was an active member in the Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (FIBCA) since the early 1980’s. She served as a Board member for many years and as President of the association multiple times.
She was an incredible woman, a terrific leader, and was well loved and respected by our BAG Corp family, our customers, and FIBCA members. We will miss her smile, sharp wit, and kind heart.
